Help, My Shugo Outlook Plug-In Has Disappeared

Find your version of Outlook below!

Outlook 2013 

    1. Go to File tab in Outlook Outlook 2013-1
    2. 2.  Click on  Options

      Outlook 2013-2

    3. 3.  Click on  Add-ins

      4.   Check to see if Shugo FileGuardian Outlook Plugin appears in either the  “Inactive Application Add-ins” or the “Disabled Application Add-ins”.

   a.  If Shugo FileGuardian Outlook Plugin is showing in the “Inactive Application Add-ins”, then at the   bottom of the screen choose Manage: “COM Add-ins” and click Go.

Outlook 2013-4

          -  Check Shugo FileGuardian Outlook Plugin box and click OK

Outlook 2013-5.1

      • Close out of Outlook and re-open.

If Shugo Outlook is still not showing up please contact  support@myshugo.com for further assistance.

   b.   If Shugo FileGuardian Outlook Plugin is showing in “Disabled Application Add-ins”, then at the bottom of the screen choose Manage: “Disabled Items” and click Go.

Outlook 2013-6

             - Shugo File Guardian should appear in the list of applications that are disabled.   Highlight  Shugo Plugin application and click “Enable”.

Outlook 2013-7

      • Close out of Outlook and re-open.

Outlook 2010

      2. Click on Options

      • Check Shugo FileGuardian Outlook Plugin box and click OK

Close out of Outlook and re-open.
